Nothingness & You

Love is a fickle thing, shifting residences as per convenience
Promises of the forever, capricious and unpredictable
Emotions are transient, sifting like the sand in an hourglass
Memories often short-lived, flickering away at the beat of an eye
The heart and the mind, on two sides of the coin

And, you, are an interesting phenomenon that is home to all of the above – 

a blender with an on-switch churning away till the motor bursts – 

a storm that rages before dying out, into nothingness
